REAP offers numerous opportunities for local community members whether they are citizen volunteers, business owners and/or elected local officials to build skills and knowledge in the area of sustainable and well integrated community and economic development.

Communities and their members know best what they need, yet REAP provides community volunteers with the tools and information to enhance their local knowledge and ensure that community projects succeed. REAP trainings build the capacity of community members to be in charge of their own projects as part of its commitment to facilitating grassroots led community and economic development.
