General Information

The REAP Benchmarks are dynamic strategies for reaching the twenty-four REAP Goals. They represent projects identified in both the original REAP Strategic Plan created in 1999, and projects added over the history of the organization. Community involvement in working on Benchmarked projects is another step toward realizing the REAP Mission and Vision.

Benchmarks can be added through a process that begins with community members who feel there is a needed project that fits at least one of the twenty-four REAP goals. The proposed project is brought to the attention of the member on the REAP Board who represents the community raising the issue. That Board member can then assist the community in preparing the needed paperwork to bring the proposed Benchmark before the entire REAP Board for consideration.

Since creation of the original Benchmarks in 1999, several have been completed, others remain actively ongoing, and others are currently inactive. A listing of all Benchmarks is available on this website both in numerical order and according to each town, village, and county-wide.
