REAP offers one on one technical assistance to REAP supported projects found in the Countywide Strategic Plan. Technical assistance is offered to jumpstart projects as community members initiate them or to jumpstart projects that may have become idle since community driven projects occur over different periods of time and are part of larger community processes. Typically REAP offers technical assistance in the areas of researching funding or case studies, grant writing assistance or review, facilitation, organizing, outreach, and project planning.
